Course Work- Final Idea

Final Idea 

After my presentation and feedback I have decided to continue with the idea  of a documentary   about the impact of an assistance dog on someone with cerebral palsy's life. 
I want to do this to make people more aware of how difficult it can be to live with cerebral palsy. I also want to do it to show just how helpful an assistance dog can be, and how much they can change a persons life. I want to make sure that the documentary focuses on ending positively, showing how much an assistance dog can impact a persons life for the better.

My ideas of what I would like to include in my documentary:
- Archive footage
- Narration
- Current footage of assistance dog helping
- Static shots of the individual talking about the assistance dog and answering questions. 
- Go pro on dog
- Footage of both on a walk outside

Course Work- Narration

I plan to add a narration talking about cerebral palsy  and when Jess was diagnosed with it. Here is a rough version of the narration:  Jess,24, suffers from cerebral palsy. She was diagnosed at the age of???. Cerebral palsy is a group of lifelong conditions that affect a person’s movement and co-ordination. It is caused by a problem with the brain that occurs before, during or shortly after birth. Symptoms can include problems such as stiff or weak muscles. Ideas for my final film

First Idea- The Effects of Anxiety One idea that I have is to create a short film on anxiety, and how it effects different people. One way I could do this could be through the eyes of someone with anxiety and how it prevents them from doing daily tasks.  I could also do this through having a physical creature or person that symbolises someone's anxiety.  I could go about this by interviewing people anxiety, and how it effects their everyday life.  I watched a few of videos to get some inspiration for a short film on anxiety.  What Having Anxiety Feels Like This was a video including the narration of a sufferer from anxiety. She tells us about all the physical symptoms she experiences, and yet doesn't notice. She also uses metaphors and similes, such as 'My anxiety feels like fire.', to describe how she feels on a daily basis.  It also includes black and white footage.
